Not only can be companions for adults, dogs can also be a stress reliever for children with autism.

The team of researchers from the University of Montreal, Canada, found a special training for dogs that can reduce stress levels in children with autism. The study, published in the journal Psychoneuroendocrinology, also found, the dog can improve one’s social skills.

Children with autism have difficulty understanding the emotions and feelings of others. By playing with the dogs that have been specially trained to be a way to help children with autism do not better understand the difficulties and feelings of others. Therefore, the difficulty of communicating with others is often a trigger of stress on them.

“Our findings show dogs have a significant impact in reducing the stress hormones in children with autism,” said Dr. Sonia Lupien, one researcher, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

To detect the levels of stress, Dr. Lupien and colleagues measured hormone kortisil, stressor through saliva (Lius) 42 children with autism. During the study, parents of autistic children were asked to fill out questionnaires about children’s behavior before, during and after playing with the dog. On average, parents reported that there were 33 behavioral problems in children. However, after their children play with the dog problem was reduced to 25.

“Introducing dogs to children with autism are increasingly being conducted and a concern at this time. Until now no studies that measure the psychological impact and our research shows a significant positive impact if children with autism playing with a dog,” said Lupien added.

Dog raincoats are among the large growing number of pet clothing that is getting more and more popular in the eyes of many dog owners. This phenomena is mainly caused by the cool breeze and rains brought about by the coming winter season and the fact that a pet raincoat also comes in a variety of style to choose from.

Since these come in a variety of styles, getting trendy with it is an easy task. A must thing to do in this area is choosing the right styles with the right fabric materials for that dog rain coat. There are actually more than one style that also comes in a variety of fabric materials that are available for dog owners to choose from and this include hooded, quilted, English plaid, corduroy, hunting dogs, toggle, herring, light weight, and waterproof dog coats. Most common of these styles are the hooded, and the waterproof ones.

These raincoats that are mentioned come in cute designs that often has a variety of either bold or subdued colors. So if an owner would want something that would depict his military background, there is actually a camouflage dog raincoat that he can buy in many online shops. There are also designs that come with straps.

Also, if you are the type that really wants to get all fashionable with your dog’s rain coat, then you can choose any design that would fit your preference and the dog’s needs. This means that you should also be thinking about the warmth-giving function of the raincoat. But you don’t have to worry because there are very cute and trendy ones that have warm cloth material inside like fleece or wool, but also are considered hip and are fantastically designed. Their use has been for rodents and snakes. They were used as sheepdogs, agility, perform tricks and guard dogs. Here we encounter the first dog to be recognized as coming from Australia.

Temperament: The Australian Terrier dog wants to please, which allows the dog to be one of the best training in the terrier family. This breed is lively, curious and lovable, all with inexhaustible energy. Top with more courage than many larger dogs. This dog is loyal and shows his owner a lot of affection. With all this dog is very intelligent and confident.

Grooming: The Australian Terrier dog must brush every two days. His hair is long, but it is easy to handle. When you brush your hair oils help release that gives the dog a nice sheen. Bathing should be limited because it lacks the protective oils. As part of the terrier dog family will gather every few months. This breed is short.

The little terrier dog, in very general terms, are very brave and confident dogs. Most of these dogs need lots of attention and can not be left alone for long periods of time because they can be very destructive.

Although most of these dogs are known to be a bit ‘stubborn as they tend to have minds of their own, can be trained fairly easily. You will find great joy in their training. Despite this, some breeds like the Boston Terrier can be very difficult to house train and therefore appeal to a lot of patience on your part.

Small dogs are generally burrow alert and guard dogs that makes them very well. Although they are friendly, some breeds can be aggressive especially if you do not know them and have time to get used to. A good example of how a dog is the Australian Terrier. Contrary to this, some breeds like the Border Terrier is very friendly with strangers and good, very good with children.

These types of dogs have high energy levels and, although they can be active at home, need to be exposed to outdoor exercise. Although many of them do not bark unless you have a reason to do so, some breeds like the brazilian terrier barking too much and may need to be reassured that all is well
